To book a slot for any of our services, kindly complete the forms first before contacting the mentioned accounts.REFUSAL
INYEON reserve the right to refuse service for reasons that include, but are not limited to, the following:
• The requested dates are unavailable.
• The client fails to provide necessary information or access as required.
• The team has a valid reason for refusal due to possible breach of terms and conditions.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All poems and creative materials produced by our team remain the intellectual property of INYEON and our staff. The client may not modify the content of the material nor remove, alter, or obscure the creator’s watermark without prior consent.TIMELINE & DEADLINES
INYEON requires bookings to be made at least one (1) month in advance to ensure sufficient time for preparation. Kindly review the work calendar posted. Once the booking request is received, the status notice will be sent within 24 hours upon reviewing. Deadlines of tasks will be set in mutual agreement of INYEON CATERS and the client. The draft of the menu will only be provided upon the client's request.REVISIONS
Requests for revisions of tasks must be submitted promptly and will be considered at the care of our team.COMMUNICATION
Both parties agree to maintain accurate and current contact information for effective communication throughout the service period. Communication will mainly occur via X or other agreed-upon applications if necessary.NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any private, sensitive, or other information disclosed throughout the project. This responsibility will continue indefinitely beyond the service period.TERMINATION
Clients must IMMEDIATELY communicate any cancellation of the service. The service provider reserves the right to terminate the project or service in the event of unforeseen circumstances, contract breaches, or non-compliance with the agreed terms. A detailed notice will be provided should a termination occur.
